- 50% deposit required; 14 days notice cancellation policy (less $100 administration fee).
- Maximum 6 people. No shares, groups or parties, please.
- In high season, stays that encompass weekends must extend through Saturday night - no Saturday check-outs.
- NOT AVAILABLE FOR FULL SEASON RENTAL. We offer weekends, weeks and month-long rentals only.
- Sorry, no pets - no matter how well behaved or non-shedding. Thanks for your understanding.
- No smoking inside the house.
